What is and what isn't included?

Our rates are complete and there are no hidden costs. Included: car, driver service (9 hours daily), fuel, unlimited mileage, tax, hotel pick-up/drop-off in popular areas. Not included: parking, entrance tickets, show tickets (if any).

What if I don’t like your service?

You can simply cancel all remaining days – no fees, no problems.
Feel free to use our service as long you are happy with everything!

I am staying in different towns. Is that OK?

We provide pick-up/drop-off at hotels in Senggigi and Mataram. If you require pick-up/drop-off in other areas please contact us for pricing and availability.

How can I choose tours and places to visit?

Plan your schedule directly with the driver when you meet. You can choose from our tour programs, choose any places to visit or follow your own tour itinerary. We are OK with whatever you decide.

How do I pay?

You pay directly to your driver in local currency. You pay separately for each day – no need to pay for all reserved days at once!

Who will be my driver?

We will assign a driver one day before your first pick-up. Don’t worry – we hire experienced & trusted drivers. All drivers speak english.

Do you provide half day service?

You can hire us only for full day (9 hours). We don’t offer refunds for unused hours.

Can you pick me up at the airport?

Yes – if you are planing to use full day service after arrival. If you need hotel transfer only – you can use official airport taxi and start using our service from the next day.
